No, do not refreeze the dough once it has been fully thawed.

6. How long does the dough last in the fridge once it is thawed?

We recommend using the dough within 72 hours once it has thawed.

7. Why don't you offer smaller quantities of dough?

You’re definitely not the first to ask! We’re exploring smaller pack sizes for the future. Shipping frozen products is pretty pricey on our end, which makes it tough for us to offer a smaller kit at a price point that makes sense, but that does not mean we won't find a way eventually.

8. Where is the dough made?

Our pizza dough is made from scratch in none other than New York!

We use New York water, simple quality ingredients, and a process built for a chewy, pizzeria-style crust at home.

9. What size are the dough balls and what size size pizza can I make with them?

Each pizza dough ball is 10oz (280g). These are perfect for 12" pizzas.

If you're going for a super thin crust new yorker with a good hand toss, you could get up to 14", however!
