You’re definitely not the first to ask! We’re exploring smaller pack sizes for the future. Shipping frozen products is pretty pricey on our end, which makes it tough for us to offer a smaller kit at a price point that makes sense, but that does not mean we won't find a way eventually.

We use New York water, simple quality ingredients, and a process built for a chewy, pizzeria-style crust at home.
Each pizza dough ball is 10oz (280g). These are perfect for 12" pizzas.
If you're going for a super thin crust new yorker with a good hand toss, you could get up to 14", however!
