FAQs
1. When will my pizzas ship?
Orders ship Monday through Thursday and may ship as soon as two days after purchase. Please allow up to seven days depending on your order date and location.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. How do I prepare my pizzas?
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 425°F. Convention/fan not recommended. Do not microwave. Remove all packaging and place directly on the middle rack. No tray or pan needed. Heat for about 8-10 minutes. Cook longer for a crispier crust.
3. Are your pizzas really made by hand in Naples?
Yes! Every single pizza is made by hand by our pizzaioli (pizza masters) in Naples, Italy. We use the same age-old processes as the first pizza-makers in the country, passed down through generations. We do not outsource any part of our production process, using all natural locally sourced Italian ingredients.
4. How big are the pizzas?
Each pizza is 10-11’ in diameter and can be enjoyed alone or shared with another.
5. Where can I find a list of the pizza ingredients?
Click here and select the pizza flavor you’re looking for and click the “+” next to “ingredients” to see the full list
6. Are your pizzas gluten-free, vegan, halal, or kosher?
While all our pizzas are vegetarian, only the Rossa is vegan. All of our pizzas contain gluten and we are not certified kosher or halal at this moment.
7. What allergens do your pizzas contain?
All pizzas contain gluten, pizzas with cheese contain dairy, all pizzas may contain soy because they share a facility that processes products made with soy. No trace amounts of other common allergens are present. All trace warnings and allergen info can be found on each product's respective nutritional label.
8. Where do you source your ingredients?
Our ingredients mostly come from small farms around Naples, located in the Campania region or southern Italy. We work hard to source the small batch highest quality ingredients.
9. Can I add my own toppings?
Yes. You can add any toppings you’d like to the pizzas before or after they cook.
10. Do I need a pizza oven or any specific equipment to cook these?
No! Our patented freezing process locks in the flavors and textures of our pizzas the moment they emerge from the wood-burning ovens in Naples and only requires 8-10 minutes directly on the rack of any oven without a fan- even a toaster oven!
11. How do my pizzas arrive at my door from Italy?
We flash freeze pizzas moments after they come out of our brick ovens in Naples using our proprietary production process.
Then, they are then placed in frozen containers that travel across the Atlantic via ship and stored frozen in US warehouses. From there, pizzas are packed with dry ice and recyclable insulation to stay frozen on trucks to your door!
Each pizza comes inside a cardboard box with nutritional information and heating instructions.
12. Should I thaw my pizzas before putting them in the oven?
No, the pizzas should be kept frozen until ready to be cooked to get the perfect texture and flavor.
13. I took pizzas out of the freezer to eat, got distracted, and now my pizzas are defrosted. Can I refreeze the pizza?
We do not recommend refreezing pizza, as the pizza loses its premium quality once this happens. If you accidentally defrost your pizza, we recommend baking it as soon as this happens or storing in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
However, baking the pizza from its frozen state will still lead to the best experience.
