    What a find!

    Full disclosure, I live in New York, just outside NYC and this dough is definitely legit my style dough. I’ve been making pizza for years by going down to my local pizza place and buying their dough…this is a major cost savings plus it’s always right in my freezer, no trips to the pizza shop. I’ve been making pizzas, strombolis, calzones, everything with it, and the kids love it!

    Excellent dough and customer service

    When i first ordered these dough balls, they were delayed in shipping (at no fault of poco bero),but when they arrived, they were already thawed and I emailed customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement at no cost. They arrived on time and still frozen. Have been enjoying pizzas weekly now.

    The best pizza dough is always a couple/three days in the making. We always forgot to get it started until it was too late and ended up the the crappy one day dough. I rolled the dice on this and am really happy with it. Flavorful, easy to work with, and is consistent. Highly recommended. If 25 is too many for you, give some away to friends as you don't need a dedicated pizza oven. We have one, but I tried it in or regular oven that goes to 525 degrees. Turned out great.
