    Wow! Perfect Crust!

    I took the leap and bought a 25-pack just to see if it was any good. I have tried all sorts of crusts, from Whole Foods, Sprouts Farmer's market, and my own, homemade pizza crust etc., but Poco Bero is by far the BEST crust I have tried so far. It proofed perfectly in my fridge, and then on the counter for a few hours, it puffed up beautifully when I cooked it in my Ooni pizza oven! I made a Mozzarella, Turkey, Bacon, Gorgonzola cheese, Raisins with Baby arugula and Balsamic glaze on top! The bottom was crisp, and the body was chewy, it had a nice, not overwhelming flavor! I am so happy I tried it, and so happy I have 24 more pizza doughs in my freezer right now! Will be making pizza way more often now! :)
