    Fantastic dough, I wish for a better cost.

    Did a test with three pies before my big event last weekend. Made a total of sixteen pies pretty much one after another. This is hands down the best dough I’ve used so far. My only complaint is the cost which is more than double the cost of local dough from pizza shops or the grocery stores.

    Real NY Pizza

    I’ve been making pizzas for 20 years but it’s a real chore making the dough!! Never comes out the same and it goes in the trash!!

    I am a Big Fan of this NYC company although a Red Sox Fan

    Why can't other companies care as much aboit their product and customer support as Poco Bero ? Hats off to their founder and CEO who is constantly communicating with me about my opinion on their delicious dough.
