    Placed my first order a few months back. It's perfect. Lil brush with olive oil, drop dough into a proofing box and 4-5 hours later, it's good to go. I've been baking mine on a Weber gas grille (500 degrees) using the Weber pizza stone and in 5 minutes, perfection. So glad I found PB. True value! Perfect pizza at less than $5.00 a pie = zero mess + huge compliments from every guest. Buy this!

    Tastes like NYC pizza dough

    We moved to Texas and looked hard for food like we were used to in NY. Not a chance. The BBQ is great, but when you are Italian. You long for your Italian delicacies. We came across PocoBero dough and gave it a try.

    My wife who is a very accomplished cook, whipped up a pie that tasted like it was made in NYC. Of course the right mozzarella and sauce is required. We loved it so much we ordered another case of dough when we still had 15 left in the freezer. This dough is incredible tasting and just the right texture to make you enjoy your pizza. my wife also make a wicked sausage bread with the dough. Buy this dough, you will not be disappointed.
