    Great Pizza & Customer Service

    I ordered my pizza dough about two weeks ago. Living in the St. Louis area, it took a bit to get it. I was actively tracking the shipment via FeEx., ut unfortunately, the shipment got held up in transit for over 2 days - when it arrived, the dough was soft and unusable. I worked with the Poco Bero Team and they were awesome and got a second box enroute to me. This time, the box arrived and we had sausage pizza that night. I followed the directions - allowed dough to rest, used a pizza stone, HOT oven and the pizza turned out awesome. It was crispy on the bottom and tasty on the top. Highly recommend - once my first shipment is gone, I will for sure be ordering more.

    Game Changer

    Bought this dough after trying grocery store dough and the Instagram do it yourself dough kits - this is by far the best dough ever. Proofed it up in glass containers for about 6 hours - little bit of flour and it baked perfectly in my Solo pizza oven in about 4 minutes. Unlike grocery store dough it baked thoroughly with no gooey uncooked dough - would definitely buy - i tried the "make it yourself" dough kit and that was a disaster.

    Will definitely buy again!
