    Great pizza dough

    I proof one ball and it make two pizzas for me. The crust is light and delicious with lovely air bubbles. I like a crispy crust and this bakes up to that nicely. Very convenient to have a bunch of these in my freezer.

    It’s all about the dough

    The Best!!

    These dough balls are the best. I was making my own dough from a pizza dough kit. They were good but just not consistent and a pain to make. Also, these are true NY style dough balls.
