    Amazing Dough

    I don't normally write reviews for products but this dough is a 10/10! I have had an Ooni Koda 12 for several years and tried many pizza dough recipes. Some recipes I had success and others it was a complete failure. I will not be making dough or using any other product moving forward other than Poco Bero.

    These dough balls are amazing! The crust turns out light, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Everyone in the house loved it, even the kids! 🍕💛

    Great Dough for a Great Pizza

    I ordered these dough balls because honestly, I was tired of making them from scratch every time we wanted to make pizza. I noticed they were only 10" balls so I took it upon myself to put 2 balls together for a 20oz ball for a larger 16-18" pie. Worked the balls togehter and then threw it in my 1000 degree wood fired oven. 45 seconds later the pie came out, the crisp of the wheel cutting was unmatched. Highly recomend Poco Bero & I will be a customer here on out.
